General machining to ±0.05mm. Critical fits and bores held to ±0.01mm. Surface roughness to Ra 0.8 on request.

Steel, stainless steel (304/316), aluminium alloys, brass, engineering plastics. Material certifications on request.

Prototype singles to mid-sized batch production runs. No minimum order quantity. Pricing scales with volume.

Lead Time

Urgent orders accommodated where schedule permits. Singapore-based production.

Most lead screw suppliers stop at the screw. You still need to source the bearing supports, end blocks, couplings, protective seals, and mounting hardware from separate vendors — each with their own tolerances, lead times, and fit assumptions.

Split flanged housings machined in brass or steel for easy installation around shafts without full disassembly. Clamp-bore design tightened by bolt for a secure, adjustable grip.

Custom Housings & Enclosures

Milled housings for actuators, nut blocks, and drive systems ranging from simple rectangular profiles to complex multi-groove internal geometries and profiled cavities.

Split Shaft Clamps

Two-piece clamp housings that locate and support your lead screw or guide shaft at fixed points along the linear axis. The split design allows installation and removal without disturbing adjacent components.

Caps, Covers and Machined Ends

Precision blanking plates and access covers drilled and tapped to your bolt circle. Seals the end of your bearing housing or nut block for a clean, complete assembly.

Clamping Blocks and Carriage Mounts

Milled nut blocks and carriage mount interfaces that secure your lead screw nut to the moving carriage. Precision-bored nut seat, tapped mounting holes, and labyrinth groove features machined to your carriage geometry.

Bearing Supports and End Blocks

Fixed and floating end supports for lead screw assemblies. Bored and faced to accept your bearing OD, drilled and tapped to your mounting pattern.
